Kamens & Associates Managing Member Guests On Business Leadership Show

Seth Kamens, Managing Member at Kamens & Associates, was a recent guest on the ‘Leadership Live at 8:05’ show. Along with Host Andrew Fraizer, Kamens discussed starting and running a successful business.

Kamens explained the different business entities, a C Corp for large companies like Google and Microsoft and LLCs and S Corps for smaller businesses. Kamens suggested communicating with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) when deciding which business entity is right for you, “This is where people get bad advice…there’s a lot of moving parts contingent on finding the best structure for your business.”

Kamens provided key takeaways, “Client service trumps everything. People come to us not because I know page 387 of the Treasury Code. They know that if they email, I’ll email them back. They know if they call, I’ll call them back. They know if I don’t know the answer, I will find out…The bottom line is to care about what you’re doing.”
