Kamens & Associates Managing Member Featured In Statewide Publication

Seth Kamens, Managing Member, was recently featured in NJ.com and on the NJMoneyHelp.com personal finance portal.

The article, “It’s a Great Time to be Rich in N.J. Here’s Why,” was written by personal finance reporter, Karin Price-Mueller.

Kamens discussed The Big Beautiful Bill Act. The bill is controversial, critics claim it will harm lower-income taxpayers, while its supporters claim the tax cuts benefit everyone. Muller concludes that the big winners for this bill in New Jersey will be those earning between $250,000 and $500,000.

The article continues into specific tax cuts that the Big Beautiful Bill will or won’t provide, including; property tax, inheritance relief, help for parents, and breaks for business owners.

Kamens explained, “The people at the lower end will get hurt.” The richest 10% of Americans would receive benefits worth 2.3% of their income, while the poorest 10% would lose benefits worth 3.9% of their income, according to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.
